We provide a contract ensuring your privacy.   

A complimentary 20-minute in-person consultation is provided to new customers at their location - we will come to you to determine the scope of the tasks.  

A complimentary 10 -minute virtual consult via phone to determine the scope of tasks.

The minimum service requirement is one hour for all individual clients and two hours for all business clients.  

We will try our best to respond to requests within 24 hours.

Advance notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the time of service will be charged one standard hourly fee.

Last-minute requests for services will be charged at an additional $10 to the hourly fee. 

Requests made outside of our described area of business will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Normal business parameters within a 10-mile radius.

Requests made on a holiday, outside normal business hours and emergency requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  NO OVERNIGHT HOURS!

We reserve the right to deny business requests if unsuitable for our company. Should we find just cause to terminate the agreement during the service period we shall do so. Just cause should include but is not limited to, any danger to health or safety, omissions or misrepresentation of the facts, mis-statements, services unethical or illegal in nature. 

Any balance due for time incurred will be due and payable immediately.
